Came from a batch of Macintosh Plus spare parts. Was marked as ”burned-out”. Not completely sure of issue but board and nearly all components appear to be OK.
Q8 and CR18 appear to be shorted. Capacitors look OK. Fuse OK. Horizontal output transistor Q3 (BU406) appears to have a short between emitter and base. I have not tested the flyback transformer as I do not have the right equipment.
