Items purchased in store
Items accompanied by the receipt and returned within 30 days the date of purchase may be subject to a refund. The refund will be applied to the original payment method.
Non-defectives items that have been damaged, tempered or not in a condition to be resold will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-defective items purchased online
Items purchased online can be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, at your expense, to the following address:

It is also possible to return the item directly to the store.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will apply a refund to the original payment method. Shipping cost is non-refundable (except with the exception of product shipping error)
If RECYBORG did not deliver the correct product you ordered, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Defective items purchased online
Please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a return authorization at info@recyborg.com
The transport costs for the return are at your expense. These costs will be reimbursed to you upon confirmation by one of our representatives of the defect in the product.
Upon receipt of the defective product, a RECYBORG representative will contact you.
Conditions for orders to be picked up in store
Customers who select “Pickup in store”, at one or other of our premises, have a maximum of 30 days to take possession of the item(s).
Once this deadline has expired, Recyborg reserves the right to refund 50% of the amount paid to the original payment method and to put the item(s) back into inventory.
